Refunds

Refund Policy

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the completed service, contact us within 24 hours. We will review the concern and may offer a return visit, partial refund, full refund, or another fair resolution based on the issue.

Cancellation refunds

  • Cancel 24 or more hours before service: full refund of any deposit.
  • Cancel less than 24 hours before service: a disclosed cancellation fee may apply if a technician has been reserved or dispatched.
  • No-show or cancellation after dispatch: any agreed deposit may be non-refundable.
  • Weather cancellation initiated by us: full refund of any deposit or free rescheduling.

Non-refundable situations

Refunds may not be available for pre-existing damage, disclosed vehicle defects, normal wear, issues caused by inaccurate information, or services performed as agreed with no quality issue.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days whenever possible and returned to the original payment method when available. Your payment provider or financial institution may take additional time to post the refund.
