Agreement to terms
By requesting or using services from Hyundai Car Wash Home Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not book or use our services.
Merchant identity
Hyundai Car Wash Home Services provides mobile car washing, detailing, oil change coordination, light maintenance coordination, and minor cosmetic auto care in Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. We are an independent mobile car wash and auto care provider and are not affiliated with Hyundai Motor Company, Hyundai Motor America, or any vehicle manufacturer.
Services and scheduling
Service requests are subject to availability, weather, location access, vehicle condition, and final confirmation. Customers must provide accurate contact, vehicle, and location information and must ensure that the service location is safe and accessible.
Pricing and payment
Starting prices are shown on the homepage. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, service location, appointment urgency, and add-ons. Quote requests do not collect card numbers or payment credentials. We confirm the final price before service and collect payment only after completion unless a deposit is separately agreed in writing. Card payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on this website.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty. Cancellations less than 24 hours before service may be subject to a disclosed cancellation fee if a technician has been reserved or dispatched. Weather-related cancellations initiated by us have no penalty.
Customer responsibilities
- Remove valuables and personal items before service.
- Disclose known damage, leaks, electrical issues, loose trim, aftermarket parts, or sensitive finishes before work begins.
- Provide safe parking and reasonable access to the vehicle.
- Do not submit payment credentials through quote, contact, or notes fields.
Liability
We take care while working around your vehicle, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, vehicle defects, hidden issues, or damage caused by inaccurate information provided before service.
Disputes
If you have a billing, service, refund, or quality concern, contact us first at support@hyundaicarwashhomeservices.com or (762) 234-9984. We will review service records, photos, appointment details, and payment receipts to work toward a fair resolution.
